Join me tonight @ 6 pm PT
Learn how I am using AI to create an AI GPT to provide valuable insights from my guests and help create lasting connections
🤓 TL;DR:
Join me tonight as I show you my latest project: Creating a GPT from my podcast that will allow you to learn more about our guests and contact them if you want to engage with them. It will be more technical than most of my talks, but I hope to show some real business value!
I hope to see you there!

Some background
As you may already know, I started a podcast called The Agile in Action with Bill Raymond Podcast in 2020 in response to lockdowns caused by COVID-19. Over the years, I have helped many organizations streamline their businesses, navigate digital transformation, and create a safe space for teams to innovate.
Amazing guests make for incredible learning opportunities
I get chills thinking about the fantastic people I had the pleasure of interviewing over the years, from prolific speakers on modern-day product management like David Perriera to the OG stars that kicked off a new generation of Lean Software development, like husband and wife team Mary and Tom Poppendieck. And, of course, we spend an extraordinary amount of time talking about psychological safety in the workplace, with amazing interviews from well-known authors and psychologists like Becky Winkler and Alla Weinberg (our first advertiser!)
A chance meeting
Late last year, I wondered how we could expand from 22,000 unique listeners (and now watchers on our 🎥 YouTube channel) from around the globe; I wondered how I could help those listeners connect with my guests in a way that feels natural and does not take up more of their precious time.
In how the universe seems to align itself just as you are pondering a topic, our Executive Producer, Reama Dagasan, connected me with Moses Ma. Moses wrote a phenomenal book called Agile Innovation, which is about re-thinking how you do business and igniting (or re-igniting) your creativity.
I learned—and still am learning—a lot from Moses, including taking his course, which has changed my trajectory as I aspire to become a leader in the AI space. If you want to learn his unique methods, get to know some fantastic people, and feel safe learning at a pace that works with your schedule, please check out his AI Mastermind course. I promise you will not be disappointed. Hey, you might even see me there!
🎉 The idea: Virtualize the podcast into a ChatGPT "GPT"
You may or may not know this, but ChatGPT offers a "GPT Store" with a wide range of tailor-made GPTs that allow you to interact with knowledge from scholarly resources, travel experts, and, yes, even podcast guests.
So the question became: Why not take my back catalog of guest interviews and put them into a GPT?
Consider this: You are noticing that some team members are angry with others, or maybe you are noticing people closing in and not interacting as much. You suspect your team may be experiencing issues related to psychological safety, so you head to the Agile in Action GPT and ask:
By drawing on the expertise and knowledge of guests on the Agile in Action podcast, you will receive a meaningful response, along with instructions on how to listen to related podcasts and even reach out to the guest.
This ChatGPT is still in "Alpha" because it needs more work. However, the journey from that idea to building it took some ingenuity, programming skills I did not possess, and some fun anecdotes. If you are interested in learning how I approached this challenge, come along and listen!
